By downloading or playing Widget Fangs you accept these terms. On iOS the Apple Standard EULA also applies.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to play for personal, non-commercial use. Content, art and code belong to Serdar ÖZKAN.
2. Account
A guest account is tied to your device; progress moves to a new phone only if you linked Apple or Google. You are responsible for your account. The game is for ages 13 and up, while the website waitlist is for ages 16 and up, the age of consent for email sign-ups in the EU.
3. Virtual currency and items
Cash and Moon Shards are virtual; they cannot be exchanged for real money, transferred, or used outside the game. Purchased virtual items are a license, not property. Values may be rebalanced. We do not sell paid random boxes; in-game crate odds are shown in the game.
4. Night Pact subscription
Night Pact is a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google account at confirmation. It renews at the same length and price unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your device's account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. The subscription gives no exclusive power or items; benefits are listed on the purchase screen.
5. Refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and refunds follow their policies (Apple, Google Play). Refunded items and virtual currency earned from them may be removed.
6. Fair play
Cheating, bots, automation, exploits, account selling or harassment are prohibited and may lead to warnings, reward freezes, leaderboard removal or account termination.
7. Service
We may update, add or remove features or pause the game for maintenance. The game is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply; mandatory consumer rights of your country remain.
